The cleanliness was really good, with very clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a terrace and a free shuttle bus to the nearby metro station. The location was also great, with the Battistini metro station just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a map and highlighting all the main places I wanted to visit, as well as offering a free transfer to the airport.
